The launch event was about more than marking a moment — it was about building momentum. We were thrilled to hear from futurist Steve Sammartino, who challenged and inspired the room with a clear message: if we want a stronger future, we must start earlier and we must start in our primary schools.
We were also proud to announce the Foundation’s second and third school partnerships, supporting two local public primary schools already delivering outstanding STEM programs that embed hands-on learning, build confidence with technology and problem-solving, and give students access to tools and experiences they might otherwise miss.
This is exactly why the Tom Ashmor Foundation exists. From little learners to future innovators, this launch marks the beginning of work we are deeply excited to grow — reaching more schools, more classrooms, and more young minds with practical STEM resources that spark curiosity and possibility.
